Privacy Policy

I am not a fan of long and technical privacy policies that you need a Juris Doctor to read. So, here's a simple breakdown of this site's policy:

• You have the option to leave any field blank when leaving comments. If you choose to provide your e-mail address, it will never be published, sold, or otherwise distributed to any third party. The exception would be with a valid subpoena from a law enforcement agency.
• Your IP address is collected in order to perform demographics and also to determine the popularity of certain posts. It is also collected when you post a comment, although you have the option to post under a pseudonym if you wish. The comment IP addresses are only used for preventing spamming. They will not be distributed to any third party except with a valid subpoena from a law enforcement agency. I am currently looking into deleting IP logs after a set period of time, however that has not been implemented yet.
• Generally speaking, without a proper subpoena, no information about you or your visit to this site will be shared with any third parties.
• This privacy policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.
